Submitted by Dave Mooney on Thu, 06/02/2005 - 6:25pm.

The number one way to get involved in politics is to register and vote! You can register by mail or in person at town hall, 2725 Main St. Of course, we encourage you to register as a member of the Democratic Party. Doing so grants you an additional right: the ability to vote in primary elections. Don't give up half of your voting right!

You may register to vote in Stratford provided you are a U.S. citizen and resident of Stratford, are at least 17 years of age (though you cannot vote until you are 18), and have completed confinement and parole if previously convicted of a felony and have had your voting rights restored by Registrar.

Stratford's Democratic Registrar of Voters is Richard A. Miron.

Office Hours: Monday-Thursday, 8AM - 4:40PM and Friday from 8AM - 12PM.
Phone: 385-4048 & 385-4049
Email: registrars@townofstratford.com

To register by mail, fill out the Voter Registration Form and mail it to:
